What do you like best?
Nothing, this app is fucking horrible! I'm so done with it's BS. See the What I Disliked portion of this review to see why I HATE this damn app so much.
What do you dislike?
Nothing loaded, it didn't save any of my progress, wouldn't let me finalize it and was way to laggy to edit. I've tried THREE different electronics; Chromebook, high-end laptop, and an Iphone 6+ and I SWEAR NOTHING worked. I contacted them so many times, however they never responded. Don't download this app at all. It's a complete waste of your time.

There are no benefits, it sucks... that's it.

It is easy to use and provides many options even in the free version.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The billing method could use some work, I though I was Paying $4.99 but ended up being charged $59.88.

It's relatively easy to use and have some nice templates.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The pricing is deceptive and when on a free trial, you are not being told how much the features you get to use in the free plan would cost on paid plans. When you thus upgrade, what happened to me was that I spent hours working on a video and then when I upgraded to get rid of their logo, I discovered that half of the video was gone! The whole vide was useless! I was told by their customer service that I'd have to upgrade to the most expensive Business plan to keep those features. There, however, was no warning and no way I could have predict something like this! It's really, really unacceptable how this is done.
I was also unhappy with how the customer support dealt with this issue and how they refused to issue a refund simply because I asked for a refund through PayPal. They claimed they cannot issue it because of that, which is ridiculous to say the very least. The matter is now still open but my decision on whether to ever use this service again let alone recommend it to anyone is a short and final - NO.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Fair and transparent pricing - this is NOT it. They should start issuing refunds, I'm not the only one who complained they refused to issue a refund after there have been issues.

None because the video was useless.

It use to be a good service but they updated everything and now it's hard to use i like the videos not the company
Paid version is very slow, and adding several graphics running at the same time kills their process and makes it so that you cant preview.
