Oh man. What a terrible customer service and experience. The bugs in the system wasted so much of my time. Customer service acknowledged they were working through the bugs, but asked me to go through a process with my video I paid over $200 for, but still did not get the video at the end. I am in the process of trying to get my money back.

I would use a different system. They have not worked out the bugs and kinks yet. This is not a solution for your videos as of yet- they launched without fully ridding their system of bugs and are charging a premium for an incomplete service. RUN!

Though I was impressed at first, I quickly learned that Promo videos were easily identifiable as there is a "cookie cutter" aspect to the finished product. With not a lot of audio to choose from, videos quickly seem the same as many others.

Limited time durations greatly diminishes the versatility of this content generation platform.

There is a giant library of stock footage to choose from that you would normally pay $100+ to use on its own. If you aren't trained in video or have knowledge of how to create one, this will be a huge time saver for you. It offers premade graphics as well which is a plus!

If you're looking for something specific, Promo only offers templates which can be limiting at times. I understand this is mostly for people who couldn't otherwise do it on their own. The pricing system is also pretty limiting, you either pay monthly or annually, so it's kind of like use it or lose it. Wish there was a pay per video structure.

Promo is a good solution for inexpensive video ad avenues. The quality is high without the cost of having to hire a crew to produce content. If we have a client that doesn't have a large budget but needs some video solutions, this is a good option.

If you don't have time for making videos and you're not savvy at making videos, this program is awesome!

I used the free version and it had the "Promo" logo on it. It doesn't look professional with the logo. So, you should just buy the actual upgraded version. It's worth it to not have the logos.

I recommend getting the paid version since the free version has the logo on it. I like it because I don't have the time, skills or resources to make videos and this makes it a breeze.

In this day and age, videos are huge for marketing. I don't have the time/resources to make beautiful fun videos and this program solves that issue.
