What do you like best?
I thought I would like the Google Sheets add-on using Smartsheet, but was quickly mistaken.
What do you dislike?
I have experienced the worst customer service and subscription experience with this company. My 30-day trial was excellent and I had high hopes for working with them. Once I paid for a year subscription, I began to have issues with my account. I attempted to contact their development team for assistance and quickly learned they are completely unreachable by phone, the company has no customer service department and any communication would need to be electronic. Since I am EST and they are PST, all communications took a full business day between email exchanges. When I called to talk to them (a sales rep attempted to help me with my customer service issue I was told I couldn't speak with the technical support. When my tech support person, Shaine, did email me, he gave me information to cancel my account and told me I would need to record my screen and send it to them, which is not a capability I have. I have struggled with this program not working for close to two weeks and the best this company could offer was account cancellation information and requesting a screen recording.
I would NOT recommend this company to anyone -- business or individual.

I thought the program would solve a work-around I was having to perform in my job, but it has caused more issues than I had before.
What do you like best?
Buyer beware...man these guys boost about having 80,000 users?!
For the cost they charge to actually use and benefit from their service you could create your own functioning excel sheets or web based platform. This is just a note for those who don't enjoy being robbed or overpaying for a service from a fly-by-night company.
What do you dislike?
The cost and breakdown of the 3 options...they need to do a better job at making their better services available for companies that do no want a horde of members.

It's convenient but not for the cost.

The tools are nice but a lot of it replicates what Google SpreadSheet or Microsoft Excel does.
What do you dislike?
The UI and UX is horrible. Not much different than just using another Spreadsheet program.

Use something free like Google Spreadsheet

Originally we wanted to use their Gnatt chart feature, but that was pretty complicated, we ended up using JIRA for planning charts. We still use it for weekly testing docs, but are looking to switch.
What do you like best?
It is external from the other programs that we use such as workfront and salesforce. The color coding is nice
What do you dislike?
it is not very user friendly or easy to set up for a new employee. I remember there being issues with permissions and functionality when I first tried to access SmartSheet.

Keep in mind that this product cannot pipe information into Workfront or Salesforce. You need to manually maintain the project updates within your sheets

It helps us track the fulfillment process of email campaigns and keep everything organized by blast date. It is a good back up method for project management and tracking.
What do you like best?
This is only good for creating forms for people to fill out/tracking those answers.

Messy!! Hard to organize. Can’t drag more than one line at a time
