It pains me to make matters public, but support channels in Manatal, have not worked.We signed up for a Trial of Manatal, and thereafter paid for one month.Ultimately, we did find the system useful for us, at that price point, as it did not include the API.We cancelled the subscription, well before the end of the second month of use.I personally requested our data and credit card to be removed.The response was, "We have shared your request with our technical team in regard to the deletion of your data. Manatal shall fulfil your request within two months of its receipt of such request. It is as per our terms and conditions."TWO MONTHS? Why?Despite this being contrary to GDPR (We are Europe), we let it ride.Then, in month three, Manatal tried to charge our credit card,We do NOT owe them anything, and advised their support to cease the charges. No response.The credit card charge attempts continued.We had to resort to cancelling that credit card. Inconvenient, to say the least.They use Stripe to process payments. So do we, and I KNOW it takes just three quick clicks, to cancel recurring membership charges.To date, we STILL have no response, nor satisfaction from Manatal.The charge attempts continue, to date.Hence, we are now going public with the matter, and will escalate in social media and elsewhere.In addition, we are filing a complaint with the GDPR regulators, as well as Stripe,With regret,Herby OlschewskiZaGenie.com CEO

What are the best aspects of this product?
The dashboard is helpful for tracking the hiring process.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
After 1 year of using it, we feel that this software is not fit our requirement. Throughout this period I sent a lot of feedback but they simply received and promised act, did not have customization really matter, and improve our experience
Then we sent an email to inform that we want to stop using the service. But Manatal still not cancel my subscription and continued to charge us. Although, we have stopped using it for a long time.
Continue sending email for refunding, but as usual, only noted and the result still the same.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
We definitely won't use it again

What are the best aspects of this product?
- Easy to understand and use
- Helps in tracking all recruitment activities
- Save time by having all recruitment information stored in one place accessible at any time.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
- Sometimes the page doesn't load directly but I guess it happens when they are trying to develop the website but I don't reckon any real problem with the product itself

What are the best aspects of this product?
The features on this ATS are something else. I found the AI recommendation system very helpful. It saves so much time. The guest access portal is also very handy for my supervisor & managers to actually see how our recruitment is progressing. Most of all, I enjoyed using the customizable job pipeline. The interface, the simplicity, it's just what I needed.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It was difficult to navigate the vendor portal at first. I had never used such a function before. It took some time, practice, and one demo call with Manatal's team to finally get used to it. They provide documentation explaining the process now, but back when I started using the software that was not the case
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The software saves me from the more boring aspects of my job. It's handy, simple and easy to use. And it provides very nice features (AI recommendations, Social media enrichment, automated resume parcing, to name a few). It's also cheap compared to other ATS. Overall, a very good experience.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Managing openings and candidates is extremely easy, alone or when multiple recruiters are working on a position.
Same applies to managing leads and clients with the built-in CRM menu.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Until a couple of weeks back the Gmail integration was not possible which made going back and forth a little painful but it's now possible to integrate Gmail and Google Calendar and manage both in Manatal.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I would say that the solution is great for everyone. People with little experience using ATS will find it very easy to use, while experienced recruiters will appreciate the number of features that actually make our life easier.
