What do you like best?
The email templates are useful. If you only need to schedule a number of interviews on the same day their scheduling tool is pretty great and does integrate with interviewer calendars.
You can automate EEOC surveys, which is pretty nice
What do you dislike?
Their Cust Service is not great. If you can get a chat open, they are pretty responsive, but their implementation is pretty non existent. Advice - Negotiate the highest level of customer support when negotiating your contract terms. They are also missing some basic key features like being able to renew postings on job boards.
Their UI is awful. It is not straight forward. The interview stages have to be the same across every job opening, which makes no sense as different jobs have different interview processes. Moving candidates from stage to stage is clunky, and not automated.
If you do not have a faull time admin for Lever I would say skip it. Unless you are hiring a ton and using several different external recruiters, I would say go with something simpler. It is hard to train managers on it.
The access levels are clunky and not super clear. It is not easy for managers to see who has access to what information, and the confidential notes features is difficult for managers and non experts to implement.

Lever has helped us keep a number of candidates for a number of different roles organised.
Absolutely awful. Might be good for tiny companies but definitely not an enterprise tool unless all your looking for is a scheduling tool. The system doesn’t support html mails.. reasoning is they want it to feel like a mail not spam but seeing as most mails are html format this is insane. No easy way of seeing candidates attached to reqs. Support is terrible, they just point you to articles written and then close ticket presuming it’s sorted. Customer success, account managers, and implementation engineers don’t seem to believe in the product and just want to pass off to the next person as quickly as possible. Feels like they take your money and say well you have to adapt your way of working to suit us. DONT TOUCH.

Lever is fairly easy to navigate and can be quickly learned by new users.
What do you dislike?
There are several things that I have been unhappy with. Data integrity, automated workflows, customer service and support.

There are quite a few issues that we are having with Lever, data being one of the biggest. We did not purchase the data insights package and what I have noticed is that often times we will pull the exact same report and the numbers we get are different. Also, some of features that were sold to us do not work as purported.

terrible system for any external recruiter to use. You upload a candidate and that's it. You're then completely locked out, can't edit, can't add additional notes, can't even see the candidate profile again. I put lever a long way below every other system I've used including Taleo, Brassring, Workable, iCims, Peopleclick and jobvite.
