What do you like best?
The only good thing I find about CultureAmp is that the great satisfaction you get when you mute it on Slack.
What do you dislike?
It is very distracting. I'm working and every now and then a popup from CultureAmp shows up on Slack - not a single time so far for any thing that actually matters. Once you get annoyed by the popups there is no going back - you start hating it more and more with each new popup.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Avoid like the plague.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It is supposed to be useful for OKRs and providing feedback. There are much easier, better, and less annoying ways to do it. I don't need to be reminded daily about something that I've already done.
What do you like best?
If you have no background in survey building or statistics it does all the thinking for you.
What do you dislike?
If you want to analyze the data - such as compare populations, look at different periods of time, understand the difference between those who agree and strongly agree, you won't get any of that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have any experience with statistics. If you ever think you will want to do a pivot table or any real analysis of statistical significance, or if you want to do anything besides there pre-created templates and not see any details besides what they show you (and the inability to compare departments, start dates, or anything that would reveal key insights about your workforce) then I recommend you pass.

Tracking engagement, tracking the effectiveness of onboarding, tracking effectiveness of company meetings

I liked how everything was eventually sent via email and I was able to click a link and leave feedback for a colleague of mine
What do you dislike?
I did not like much about the dashboard, I thought it was pretty simple and straightforward which is good but it didn't seem to offer much to the buyer/user when signing on and submitting feedback and reviews on my colleague

My favorite part about using Culture Amp has been the AMAZING customer success managers we have had. They are incredibly responsive, always willing to help with whatever we need and work toward finding a solution for us. I like that it allows us to put the data in the managers' hands directly so that they are able to cut the data in different ways on their own.
What do you dislike?
I dislike that the product's interface looks rather dated compared to some of the newer offerings in the marketing. I also dislike that there aren't as many ways to cut the data as we would like.

We use Culture Amp to ensure that we have a pulse on the engagement in the company, to surface any issues that may not be communicated through other forums, to give our employees a chance to feel heard and see action taken in response. Culture Amp has helped highlight areas we need to focus on such as work-life balance and systems and processes frustrations.
