Motivosity is easy to use. Acknowledging employees has never been this simple and easy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The E-Gift reward is an amazing feature, but I think it would be better if they include options for GCs like Visa, as it would be of great help for others.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Motivosity provides us an excellent way to recognize employees and reward their good deeds. This way, they feel they’re being appreciated for a job well done. Also, employees easily recognize each other even if they came from different departments.

What are the best aspects of this product?

There are a lot of features I love about Motivosity, including easy onboarding, easy-to-access reporting, ad-hoc recognition, fund attachment to rewards, and customizable recognition and rewards (that can be used based on our business’ specific needs). I also love that the platform is integrated with the other apps, like Slack.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I noticed several functionalities that are not given clear details as they’re introduced. It also comes with some complicated grading systems, and I am a bit confused about why they provide scores for people. Lastly, I sometimes encounter problems with processing payments.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As a company composed of more than 100 employees, we want them to be familiarized with one another. Motivosity helped us achieve this goal. It allows greater recognition and interaction among employees from different departments, resulting in a more transparent business process.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Motivosity makes it easy to recognize employees for their achievements and efforts done for the company. I also appreciate that it sends notifications, so I can give feedback to those that I recognized before and see other people’s comments placed there. It has reminders found at the top so that I can stay updated on my previous recognitions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Due to the hectic schedule and piles of work waiting for me, going to the platform and recognizing team members can be easily forgotten. I wish the GCs provide more options as well or just allow the management to offer PTO or swag as rewards.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before we have this tool, we simply have “Employee of the Month” award to recognize employees—and it’s just like a popularity contest for the team. But with Motivosity, I can reward my direct reports and team members for a great job. Motivosity is the best tool to help managers realize the efforts of their team members to complete the assigned tasks.

The software is emphasizing on recognizing and appreciating the positive contributions of team members for the success of a certain task or project. Additionally, it can be used to encourage members to do better and monitor their progress.

This is not actually a problem with the software. Employees that frequently communicate with individuals outside their department tend to give higher scores or ranking to them. They tend to put much appreciation on efforts they see less often than those good hard works they encountered daily within their team.

With Motivosity, recognizing, and motivating employees for a job well done is easier. Teamwork and positive contributions to company success are also recognized. Everything can be done easily.
