I liked when it worked the way it is sold to work.
What do you dislike?
About three weeks ago my calendly and my team members calendly started turning off the function (randomly to add meetings automatically to our google calendars. When I reached out to support I asked if it was something I did. I was told no and this is something that our development team needs to look into. It has since happed 5 additional times in the last 14 days where the option to add events directly to our calendars has just randomly turned off which impedes my business.
Their customer support ONLY reaches out via Email and refuses to escalate my issue to a manager. Poor customer service all around and as a PAYING customer, I expect issues to be resolved. I will now be looking at alternatives to calendly.

Great product NON EXISTENT customer service.
TERRIBLE! RIP OFF!! I paid them $144 for the year in June of 2019. They have me on Free plan and somehow took away my Pro Plan that I paid for and there is no way to contact them. Their customer service is non-existent! Stay away!
I agree with the most recent reviews. The product is great the customer service is non-existent. I cancelled my account as I was switching companies. They claimed they refunded me the money and sent me a receipt- however the receipt was fraudulent. The refund was returned to a Visa card and I only own AMEX. When I contacted them about this, it took days to get a response. They stood firm on the fact that they returned my money even after they acknowledged there was an AMEX on my account. As someone that runs a customer serviced based business, they won’t be in business much longer if they continue on this path. It’s sad. All you have is your reputation and once that’s gone you have nothing. It’s just a matter of time before Calendly has nothing.
Customer service hard to come by...I had a simple issue and have spent more time emailing back and forth with customer service than necessary. What ever happened to a customer service phone number and live people? Like many tech companies nowadays, Calendly is more about efficiency than effectiveness.
