I have been using Bookeo to manage my business for a year now and it is without doubt one of the most frustrating experiences out there.There is little to no customer support on this platform, it is as if it was set up and still runs out of a bedroom in someones parents house. There are levels of 'help articles', but they are not very good and there is hardly any offsite help on the wider web.The UI is exceptionally clunky and outdated - think mid naughties - and this serves to confuse both the user and customer. The set up of bookable events is not straight forward and nor is setting up future events. e.g. Trying to add new events/classes in the same venues with different prices always results in old prices changing and either unlawfully crediting peoples accounts with the difference or logging back in a few days later to discover all the new classes you set up have deleted themselves.On top of this there is no way to effectively test changes. They have a test button which allows you to go half way through the test process but does not allow you to complete a transaction. Other changes you make will also be deployed to your live site (if it is embedded) and you just have to hope they have worked.Me and 100's of my of fellow franchisee's are waiting on our own in house solution to be built so that we can stop using it for good.I could give you a wry balanced opinion of what it does well, but to be frank - it is too outdated to achieve anything well now. I am sure that some people are using this product to suits their needs, but if you have anything more than a 1 price one event/show/class it will get very frustrating indeed.My advice to Bookeo is to pick yourself up, have an overhaul of the platform and join us in the present decade.

What are the best aspects of this product?

With Bookeo's host of tools, we can better manage our reservations digitally. It doesn't even take a lot of effort to install each of its modules and to learn how to maximize its capabilities. I also enjoy very much how I can tailor the workspace to my needs and how I can dictate what information a customer can see when they enter the client portal. What's more, Bookeo eases our communications by letting us send SMS and emails straight from its interface.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At times, it can be hard to find the items that we need since there is a certain limit to how many objects the screen can have. This leads to some items being moved to another screen or tab. Bookeo still manages to keep things organized but it can be a hassle when you are working with many things simultaneously.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our business has multiple branches so we need a system that can centralize clients' appointments for us to better manage them. With Bookeo, we can offer an online reservation system for our training courses and let clients sign up easily. Additionally, since our product is available in more than 30 languages, clients needed to schedule training sessions in their own language. Bookeo has enabled this by letting us offer language options, something that our clients are very happy about.

It can be too straightforward though—not allowing much room for livelier aesthetics.

Bookeo serves as my around-the-clock digital assistant that can set my appointments, schedule stays, and search for any information that I require. It even has a complete reporting module that helps me monitor the performance of my company in real time or in different periods. Bookeo is even ideal for businesses in any industry. Because of it, my company has experienced exponential growth. This is helped by the fact that I navigated the interface with ease as well as its user-friendly reservation tool. It acts like an e-commerce platform that lets you manage every facet of your enterprise. What's more, Bookeo has a customizable interface. Since I can configure it to suit my preferences, I can work the way I want since I can easily access the things that are most relevant to me any time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have noticed some negative sides of Bookeo such as system ticks that make it difficult to use. For example, there is a limit to the number of items you can place on the software's input tray. Furthermore, there have been instances when Bookeo takes too long to finish its system updates, thus affecting our report generation. Bookeo tends to run into errors as well but the customer support team is always quick to resolve them.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Bookeo has changed the way we serve our guests because of its top-notch reservations module. It even provides us performance reports so that we can optimize our business processes for us to be better. The app has also saved us plenty of time, especially when it comes to payment processing since it can integrate with multiple means of payment. Moreover, the customer support team has been incredibly helpful to us--they are always speedy in their response. And with regard to the pricing of the system, it is economical. However, the best thing about Bookeo is its user-friendliness.
