What do you like best?
I love the gifs! It makes relevant and adds a laugh/smile to the compliment you're either giving or receiving.
What do you dislike?
The one thing I think I don't like is there is no way to give constructive criticism. Maybe have the "manager" or "admin" be able to receive anonymous feedback about others to help with employee reviews and what not.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Overall morale is lifted up when you have a platform solely for encouragement.

I love the gamification of it and shooting my peers recognition
What do you dislike?
I think my company unanimously hates the rebrand. It's way stiffer, and took the soul/novelty of gobbling up carrots. Earning "gold" feels like a casino game.

Encourages giving co-workers positive feedback that helps boost morale and good vibes in our office
What do you dislike?
Can result in Co-workers “trading” trophies for favors or exchanging them at the end of the month.

Our office is more open to giving praise when it’s deserved.
What do you like best?
I like having the ability to recognize my employees for small achievements. I also like having a public platform for the recognition without it being an embarrassing moment for people.
What do you dislike?
The product is great when your team works on the same project, but for 2-3 person subteams where the work doesn't overlap, it's hard to get engagement beyond "happy January" out of the team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Leadership needs to set the tone for how the app is used. Set a strong example by using the system to recognize real accomplishments as opposed to just sharing with your favorites or dividing it equally among your team.

As a manager, I like seeing my employees rewarding each other. It helps me get visibility into everyone's performance.

Amount expires monthly and not quarterly
There is nothing which prompts users to reward people who haven't been rewarded yet during that period. In other words, a small prompt that says: 'Person A' hasn't been rewarded this month. Try to think of something they've done that was helpful." That way you can help to reward those people who maybe do deserve it, but get overlooked.

It is a great tool to help fight low motivation among your team.
I highly recommend the service, especially to those who wish to improve morale and bring some lightheartedness into the office.

Assembly has helped our team by allowing us to more easily reward and quantify work being performed that is either exceptional, or just plainly helpful. This compared to before where sometimes a "thanks" just didn't feel like enough.
One problem: the GIF is always on top of what you type in. Sometimes I would like the GIF after the comments
