What do you like best?
Not much to be honest. Workday is not user friendly, and not very efficient. I have heard that people used it at other companies and the set up was much easier then what my company implemented. But I will say it has been a huge pain point in my day since we started using it. The amount of clicks it takes to get to one screen from another is unnecessary, not to mention it is impossible to find what you need when you need it. The search feature does not help at all.
What do you dislike?
It's not user friendly, its inefficient when trying to move from one screen to the next, it's impossible to do multiple things at once (such as pull my whole teams time cards, and flip between them with ease), the search feature does not work to find anything, it's so hard to find what you need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Everything, I can't stand the program.

Employee time cards, training's, updating benefits, updating personal information
What do you like best?
I guess the profile is cool and the fact that you can view and edit your time add but beside that the site sucks and makes no sense at all. Most of my colleagues would agree.
What do you dislike?
Difficult to navigate-
I tried to edit my development plan and I can’t and no one in my HR dept is able to help. The whole site makes absolutely no sense. Also no app option to access from home and we have to use a different site for our schedules.

Absolutely none
What do you like best?
I really don’t like much of anything about workday.
What do you dislike?
-difficulty with completing tasks, including moving through hiring process, merging candidate profiles, creating and editing requisitions. Mobile version is impossible to use.

DO NOT expect it to be a miracle worker...you will still be doing a lot of time consuming work.

Very little. I wouldn’t say it is solving any problems other than modernizing the hiring process and making it easier for prospective candidates.
What do you like best?
the organized icons for what you are looking for are nice. it is simple to find where you want to go colors are calming
What do you dislike?
once you get in to the icon, it gets difficult. I really have the absence part. IT is hard to figure out how many hours/days of vacation time you have left. It can be hard to request hours vs days and I have often screwed it up and had to go back and re-adjust.
The tuition reimbursement part is also difficult to navigate thru.
Mobile app never works, constant error and tech support was of no help. I get that they cannot find my login

take your time and pay for the support and training. i had none and for me it is not as useful as it could be.

none- this is a management tool for time off, reimbursements, etc. More financial accounting on personal employees
What do you like best?
I think it is beneficial to be able to track your hours, applications, tax documents, etc. all in one streamlined place. Before, I had to go to multiple portals to look at such things.
What do you dislike?
It is not very user friendly- especially when accessing the cite via mobile browser on an Iphone. It is extremely difficult to navigate on the phone.
