Support is very slow, you need to wait for a few days to get a response. I was using the tracker for 3 months, it was free, now they blocked the account and want me to pay.
What do you like best?
I like real-time dashboard, It gives us a nice overview of who is working in real time, and how many hours they worked. Also I like billable hours tracking and invoicing features.
What do you dislike?
I don't have any particular dislikes about the software.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Visibility and transparency working with remote teams. It has helped increase productivity and identify poor time usage a lot faster than we ever did before using the system.
I do think WebWork Time tracker works great.One thing that's a bit confusing though is that the app tracks time based on GMT+0. I work in a GMT+8 time zone, so any work done before 8AM is added by the app to the previous day. Other than that, I find WebWork Time Tracker perfect for what I would need.
I have been using “WebWork Timetracker” for over a year to keep track of time spent helping out my friends on various projects. In the past I utilized a stopwatch app and an Excel spreadsheet, WWTT makes it much easier by blending the two AND still allowing me to keep track of multiple projects in one convenient place. It also has features for more professional usage such a multiple employees/teams, varied tasks within a project, and assigning employees to projects and/or tasks within a project. To top it off there is an invoicing feature.There are more ways to track and create reports for every project and probably more things that I haven’t touched on. One caveat is that the default setting for “Idle” is only 7 minutes, which can be easily changed in settings, and that it only works off of keyboard activity. I edit videos and do a lot of graphic work that doesn’t always require a lot keyboarding.All in all I highly recommend you investigate WWTT for yourself, then give it a trial run.

In general, this software allows companies to visualize the work of employees who work remotely, it allows you to measure the time they perform with each task and optimize the work, it has taken us out of many difficulties, very good
What do you dislike?
I would like to see some plugin ability so that I can add custom functionality that might be specific to my situation.

I like this tool very much as it it helps me a lot to manage my time. I would definitely recommend this software to everyone who needs time tracker.

We are able to solve tracking all the activities being done the whole day. Very efficient and we don't waste any more time. It is also very easy to follow up on which tasks that has been used too much time on, and which employees that needs help in managing their projects.
