What do you like best?

Customer support are always very helpful when I've called.

What do you dislike?

We are constantly trying to find ways to make WebExpenses do what we need it to, e.g. it's like we need to fit around WebExpenses' limited functionality instead of the system working around us. Not the most user-friendly expenses system I've used. Very limited reporting. No audit trail.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Constantly changing line managers which means approvers are always changing, can be challenging when new managers are in other countries not using WebExpenses.

I enjoy the flexibility of the system. I am able to easily add users, create new categories, and adjust GL codes as our business changes.

What do you dislike?

The interface just has a cheap feel to it.

Easy to use. I can take a photo of my receipts on my phone and then they are available when I make my expense claim.

What do you dislike?

When I am claiming mileage, I tick the box to indicate a return trip but if I change something else (like no receipt), it unticks the return box.

Easy to use and to navigate around the system. Easy to find claims from summary page.

Not clear how to filter the list of claims - there is a greyed out Clear Filter button but it is not obvious how to set the filter in the first place.
