What do you like best?
Nothing -- very cheap sales tactic deployed by a bunch of conmans
What do you dislike?
Once a con-man always a con-man applies very well for Parker Conrad & his gang.
First Zenefits now Rippling.
In the YC startup deals -- they promised one year of free full payroll service only later to discover its a clickbait to get you a product-demo.
And the UI looked so bad -- I wondered for a company with $45M in funding -- how come the board hasn't fired the CTO.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use Gusto -- Rippling is a scam to get all your data.

They are responsive to issues. They're forward thinking.
What do you dislike?
Way too many bugs. The system is not ready for mainstream use. Very quirky and limited in options within features.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a decent Payroll System, and the HRIS is okay. But BenAdmin is terrible. Don't expect Rippling to do everything well.

Payroll with integration with 3rd party time tracking system (TSheets. Automated employee on-boarding. Tried using their Benefit Administration function, but it was not able to present options for insurance properly after several months of working with them to de-bug.
What do you like best?
The Rippling platform although high capable has a lot of set backs. The idea is there and I think it has incredible potential but it still has many flaws. The HR 360 app that can integrate with the system is fantastic.
What do you dislike?
There is NO actual place to call into if you have immediate issues that need to be solved. There is only email support and considering I am on the East Coast there is a huge lag in response time. There have been many errors in the system thus far that are never fixed immediately. Also, the cost of equipment they offer is higher than what I am able to get from other online or in store vendors, which really does not make much sense to me.

Ask a lot of questions.

I was supposed to have my time dealing with benefits and payroll reduced. It was meant to be more simplistic and streamlined. I find myself solving more issues within the system than I ever had to before. I had a similar amount of problems with ADP but they were always fixed immediately and there was always someone to call into fro my specific issues.

Like the onboarding process, ease of use.

At this time, I have not experience any issues to dislike the software.
