WRITE A REVIEWI have been using Vanillasoft CRM since 2009.This year I bought a one-year subscription in advance last October 2014, in addition to continuing another subscription for another company that I work for.I have not used the October subscription for one day. In May I asked for a refund on the unused portion of Vanillasoft subscription I purchased in October. I was told that Vanillasoft will not refund ANYTHING on a prepaid subscription.Very disappointing considering the long-term relationship and promotions that I have done for Vanillasoft.Thank you very much.Buyer Beware.Byron WhiteWashington, DC202-569-2647
This company is the worst. After you try to cancel, they continuously charge you for months on end. Im still trying to cancel my membership and I haven’t used their website since November and it’s now February.
Pros: Pricing is correct, Functionality is great, overall solution is fine, it is extremely easy to use, easy to set up projects, customer support is typically really pretty good.Cons: It is very buggy, notification bounces happen constantly, the reporting feature does not work most of the time, it has errors constantly. I have been using the solution for about 4 years for my company and managing an account for a client company. We are getting ready to switch because it does not really work. This is a new development in the last few months. They also switched the notification process to a new process - did not tell anyone - and now there are major issues with notifications. We will be leaving VanillaSoft and we are moving to a solution called CallProof.

CRM for Health Insurance, it works as a dialer for leads
What do you dislike?
Not useful for lead ownership, distributes lead among every agent. Does not prove useful in client relationship as salesforce does
