What do you like best?
It's easy to use, there's nothing else about it that makes it stand out

There are not a lot of advanced features and things that seem as if they should be integrated are not

While we strive to provide our clients with a simple user experience, it looks like we made the appearance so simple that you are not aware of the many advanced features and integrations that TAM offers: automated & bulk emails; calendar syncing; customized Workflows & Pre-screening Forms; Onboarding; just to name a few. We'd love to connect you with your account manager (at your leisure) who can walk you through some of the features you're not aware of. We want to help make sure you're getting the most out of TAM. What do you like best?
The Applicant Manager's ability to track applicants who apply multiple times, and are blocked, etc.
What do you dislike?
The weekly or daily scheduling of interviews is just not user-friendly and looks awful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Substance over style sounds a bit too generous. It's clunky and ugly, but occasionally does get an otherwise daunting job done.

We are trying to handle hundreds and hundreds of rolling applicants at a time. It does seem to handle volume well in an albeit hideous package,

Love how is it is to receive applications in one location from several different job boards.
What do you dislike?
Search function is cumbersome not user friendly

Tracking multiple jobs, multiple applicants and running reports.

I like the triggered emails and how it is somewhat customizable. I wish It was easier to access candidates and it was organized in a more logical way.

I dislike the way that it looks. Not very attractive

It helps us to organize our high volume of applicants

the random updates with no forewarning.I dont like how they dont appreciate how we've become used to updates before they change things.

We're very sorry to hear that some recent updates might have caught you off guard and that you are leaving. We understand that the "status quo" is important and we always strive to communicate updates appropriately and in a timely manner. Our typical approach is to announce new upgrades via the "TAM News" bell on your Desktop; you then will have the option of using new functionality by opting in. We release numerous updates during the year and it sounds like we might have not stuck to our opt in change process with a specific upgrade. So that we can learn from your observations, we'd love to hear from you directly. Also remember to watch your email for announcements on webinars and upgrades. Thank you again!
