Really difficult to get a price out of them. Keep wanting to run a demo. The sales person doesn’t know the transactional costs recharged so I said no. They need to be more transparent
L'UX est top, les process sont tres clairs. En revanche beaucoup trop d'incidents de paiement sur les souscriptions, avec des cartes pourtant approvisionnees. Je ne compte plus les incidents qu'il a fallu regler, les abonnements interrompus parce que la carte ne passe pas. Avec des messages d'erreur cryptiques de ce genre:"Unfortunately, your payment with XXXXXXX (description ) has failed. The amount available on your card ending in 4085 * 5800 ($61.00) was not enough to cover $59.00."
What do you like best?
This was my first time using something that allowed me control spending in the business with my team. It was interesting for sure.
What do you dislike?
It is still a little difficult to use. I was unable to edit my budget at one point and had to contact support.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It’s been helpful for budgeting but I definitely think it needs some improvement
What do you like best?
Being able to take the hassle out of ad hoc approvals and being able to easily match receipts.
What do you dislike?
There seem to be regular issues with virtual cards and also there's no way to bulk approve expenses which have been edited once you fix an error. For example if several go through with an incorrect tax code then you have to approve and export them individually which seems quite backward.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The problem of ensuring that each expense has the correct backing, it does take some of the annoying administrative work out of the process.
Spendesk is great but we should have an amount paiement shipper for smallest company who don’t used all the options because they don’t need all options that we paid.An offer with options that we need and paid for offerSpendesk work well and a good service.
