Skedgit is a meeting scheduling software that helps its users to enhance efficiency in scheduling meetings or conferences. The application has inbuilt features that automates meeting coordination, thus saving time. The manual labor that is required in scheduling a meeting and trying to convince everyone to attend the same can be quite difficult sometimes. Skedgit helps its users in this work by sending meeting invitations to every person on the user’s contact list and assesses the best date when everyone can be present. Users can configure their meeting preferences based on meeting type, default availability, team members, etc. It generates calendar links, which a user can share with team members. Most importantly, it is completely customizable, which makes it suitable for all kinds of meetings. With Skedgit, one doesn’t need to compare calendars to organize meetings. The application enables its users to create booking links and selecting participants even from outside the company.

What do you like best?

Skedgit allows you integrate all my Google and Office 365 calendars in one slick UI. The ability to send my availability out to people for them to select the best time is so easy and saves me tons of time. I am now not emailing people back and forth to get a meeting scheduled on my calendar.

What do you dislike?

Skedgit is still in Beta and so there are a couple of pieces of functionality that are not there yet but once they launch officially end of Q1 those will be buttoned up.

Coordinating meetings has never been easier and I love how easy it is to use. I am saving tons of time by not having to email people my availability and my calendar is much more organized between work/personal etc.
