What do you like best?
Clean design. Automated text messages when an appointment is made. Easy to customize appointment settings. Custom webpage. Easy and nice integration with iCal and Google Calendars. I think also worked for Outlook as well.
What do you dislike?
It's gotten expensive over the years. Customer service wasn't that great. Sometimes buttons wouldn't work.

It's a good product but shop around before you settle on this product. It worked fine at least when I used it.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Used it for making appointments with customers as well as for internal staffs. Worked pretty well.
What do you like best?
We used this product for the several months when we were creating client appointment scheduling system before we moved to our own system. Personally I liked their simple beautiful design. It was easy for us to integrate our client appointments to our calendar automatically.
What do you dislike?
Pricing was a bit burdensome. It ultimately didn't work out for us because of internal budget cut. Plus, some of the features were a bit overkill for us.

I think this is a great product if you are a service-oriented professionals like financial advisors, lawyers, doctors, etc..

We tried to set up a simple client appointment scheduling system. It helped us with that.
What do you like best?
I love that the calendar syncs with my Google calendar.
What do you dislike?
The design of the website isn't the most attractive.
