What are the best aspects of this product?

Schedulicity allows me to schedule appointments for people who would like to avail of massage therapy. All I need to do is log in to the system and block out their preferred schedule and confirm the appointment. Using this tool helps me become more efficient in my job which makes me very happy because a lot of customers are extremely satisfied.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The overall look of the application needs more improvement. Users like me will appreciate if the developer can make more changes to the interface. Other than that the program itself is very much okay.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have tried several scheduling apps for the past years but we were not that satisfied with the results that it's giving us. Schedulicity gives us the option to block out certain time slots which is favorable for both the clients and the establishment. I can say that its easier to book an appointment using this app that is why it's highly recommended on my end.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Booking an appointment is relatively easy using this system. I can block my preferred time slots on the calendar especially if there’s a need for me to cater to other concerns aside from my clients.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They should put brief descriptions of the icons showing on the left side of the system. Sometimes I tend to click the wrong icon which is quite troublesome for me.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Booking appointments for our clients is way better than accepting walk-ins because it helps us organize our work schedule for the day. If things are in order we tend to be more productive which is something that we want for our business.

What are the best aspects of this product?

This scheduling program and their team offer an amazing service. I have several accounts and they give excellent support. We are planning to use it for our entire organization, as it's that good!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They are working on more customized templates, but their customer support team finds a way to please whenever there is a need.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Customized templates

Seamless scheduling with all the bells and whistles for an emotional health coaching program.
