What are the best aspects of this product?
From a look and feel standpoint, this product was about as good as anything out there. It worked fairly reliably and the support was responsive. It didn't seem like it would be difficult to work through the problems as they seemed minor. I was an early adopter.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The product just didn't work reliably. The tracking was accurate when it worked, but he dashboard does not give information in a usable format. The product worked about 80% of the time on my laptop, but never worked on my desktop. My desktop is where I do most of my work. I tried for six months working with tech support. I was under a 1 year contract, so I tired to work through it. Finally I asked for a refund and all contact with the company stopped at that point.
If you use the broadcast, template function, be VERY careful!!! THe security of your password is BAD. It is kept in clear text, and anyone at the company can see it, not to mention if a hacker gets into their poorly secured servers, they will have your password.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Something that works.

If it works, it would have been nice. BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT!!!!

I signed up to try out the product and decided not to use it. After this they kept emailing me trying to get me to talk to their sales people and one even asking "what's stopping you from moving to the paid plan". The emails have no unsubscribe option so I just blocked the sender and marked it as spam, because that's what it is
Too Poor Services. They are crazy. They overcharge you and when you raise a dispute to their support team they deactivate your account for forever. Seems like someone is looking into your email. Trust me its not secure at all nor they are professionals. Its something that someone created to capture your data and overcharging you and can do anything based on his mood.
I have found SalesHandy to be excellent. I was looking for something which was easy to use and with good support. Saleshandy has both. If you are looking for a Email marketing tool, I would definitely suggest you take a look.
