I hate giving a bad review as I know companies change for the better. I’ve used this software for more than a year now and it’s just getting worse:1. Super hard to use2. Full of bugs: I used their “mail validation” system, I sent emails to all the ones it had marked as “safe” and then in the campaign of 500 emails it only sent 200. 300 were marked as “error”3. Irresponsive customer support: every time I send problems I have (which are basically: I cannot use your software because it has a bug every time), they only reply to one of the messages just asking another question.I’ve lost SO much time, it’s not even worth the cheap price. ??Sorry to write this, but I just want my issues solved so I can run my sales.
