What do you like best?
It's very easy to use and intuitive. I've learnt a lot from questions on there whether posted by me or others in the company. I think the anonymity function is very helpful - especially for those early in their career in that it can make asking difficult questions a lot easier.
What do you dislike?
It may help to have a popular questions tab or something that can be a FAQ type of section for people to view. A tab that would group questions by category could also be very useful.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Rungway has really helped connectivity during the pandemic, where face to contact is very difficult. The platform has become a good way of seeking help from others and seeing if others are facing similar issues - and to learn how they solved those. It has also been very useful for engagement leading up to company events, where users can answer pulse surveys - this has led to very engaging Q&A sessions.
What do you like best?
Brings a sense of community when you're dealing with work-related and job-application anxiety; Seems like it might provide connections for work opportunities, though not really in my particular field. Still, I appreciate the support, and posting anonymously is also a plus.
What do you dislike?
Maybe subcategories would be useful, as it seems pretty stream-of-conciousness. Also, less of a general issue, but more of a personal one: it seems most of the users are UK based, so until it becomes more popular in the US, some of the work environment terminology/constructs/labor issues aren't super relatable to me. However nterpersonal advice will always translate!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great positive way to ask for work advice when you need it, and a wonderful way to quickly give advice to others who are reaching out for community.

Just a good place to find general advice about navigating the freelancing and the workplace, and it seems like a supportive community.
What do you like best?
Very easy tool to use. Allows good communication between different levels and allows “leaders” at all levels a platform.
What do you dislike?
I dislike the absence of an iPad version

Allows anyone to post a question on a topic that is bothering them and get responses and help from experts or co-workers. The tool is easy to use and allows hot topics to be bubbled up much quicker than traditional routes and answers to be viewed more widely.
What do you like best?
I am a new Rungway user and have found the platform to be extremely useful in understanding the firm's culture. It has been great to read about the experiences of colleagues across the firm over lockdown and key takeways from these experiences as we move towards heading back to the office. I also find it an engaging platform to raise questions around sensitive topics such as career mobility, race and social issues.
What do you dislike?
Not a dislike but a suggestion - may be useful to have a sidebar with posts grouped by topic to make it easier to navigate.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am a new user of Rungway so am still exploring the platform. However I can see from that variety of posts that it is a great way to highlight achievements as well as providing updates on various businesses. I also see it as a very good platform to openly discuss sensitive issues and feel this is an extremely useful platform for this in particular.
What do you like best?
As a member of the Inclusion & Diversity x Culture Club team Rungway pulses are a useful tool for us to gauge employee sentiment, track engagement across events and for mentorships! The anonymity factor is also great for creating an open, inclusive format for asking questions.
What do you dislike?
The notification updates via email can sometimes get missed in busy inboxes!

It is often difficult to gather feedback from employees on content produced by I&D x CC, Rungway offers an anonymous platform for colleagues to openly share honest feedback and suggestions.
