What do you like best?
They automate campaigns (very easy to run).
What do you dislike?
Reporting functionality/search is just not there. It is incredibly hard to pull stats and numbers. Its another application that people need login credentials with, and just another product to keep track of. Integration is also not there, so you have to manually update source of hire and put into JV.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure this is really the product that will help you.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Honestly, the team is great but this may create more problems than it solves, at least using it with Jobvite and if you care about reporting analytics.

Easy to search for jobs and the leader board drives a sense of internal competition.

Not as much transparency into the applicant journey process as I would prefer. Not sure if that's a result of the set-up, however.

Easy to overview all vacancys, additionally it is very easy to share the vacancy through out the social networks

My my point of you, it would be amazing if the system linked you to the vacancy you are looking for, let's by hashtag or something else

Referrals were track manually and employees always were asking if his/her candidate was chosen, now it is all seen in the system

Referring someone is very simple and the process of signing up as well.

There is nothing that I dislike about Role point as of now.

It makes it easy for me to see what kinds of jobs are available in the company. It's nice to have that visibility, especially if friends are job hunting.
