What do you like best?
It's pretty simplistic, which is nice if you don't want to get bogged down in the more robust apps with content curation, reporting, AI, and other features.
What do you dislike?
It is still buggy after using it a year with minor improvements. It crashes and freezes a lot when using month-view. Also moving content around can get frustrated since there is a bug in "stickiness."

I like that I can create and schedule posts.
What do you dislike?
I don't love that it doesn't work for Instagram.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Use it for Twitter and Linkedin. Doesn't work with Instagram. And you can't boost Facebook posts that go through Planable.

We are getting much more organized about how we publish content to our social channels. Makes it super easy for me to review as a manager

Simple UI/UX and easy to navigate.
Social media approval process is top notch with ability to share links/ask comments directly even from non team members.
Fast website.
Drag and Drop Instagram story editor is a plus!
What do you dislike?
1. They are slow in fixing issues, I had reported the issue of products showing differently in their post preview since last year, until now it hasn't been fixed.
2. No direct instagram integration, and their scheduled post reminder for instagram is hit or miss. Most of the time I am not being notified by the app that it's time to post to instagram.
3. Direct Copy and paste of image to post or drag and drop of image from PC to their app is limited to only the first image. So I have 4 images to post each time and I have to open file, find the 4 image, upload - very minor but if we can simply drag and drop all these 4 images, that's 1 minute saved every time..You can do this in facebook if you post there directly (requested this since last year.)
I'll probably keep this tool for myself, I don't promote products to my network until I'm super satisfied.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't set your expectation too high because of the price tag. It works as advertised but still in early stage. Slow development but in a basic sense of what they offer being a social media planning tool, they deliver,

It's a beautiful platform to discuss social media post with collaborators. Can use excel for free but it looks unprofessional.

The UI is the best I have seen (we've tested every social tool out there over the last 10 years).
What do you dislike?
Lacks functions you find in other tools like tagging and IG features.

If I was not using IG, I think it would automate all my social marketing.
