What do you like best?
At least it shows my vacation time accurately.
What do you dislike?
HOW CAN YOU HAVE A PUNCH CARD WITHOUT AN IN AND OUT BUTTON. Oh my god. No one on my team likes this app. We are constantly unsure if we are punched in or out. It takes something like a day to pop up whether I did it right and by then half the time I've been punched 'in' overnight for no reason.
Recommendations to others considering the product
If you're in it for tracking hours, find something better. I have emailed them my suggestions and was not responded to. Apparently our HR person also contacted them asking for improvements but I haven't seen any changes. This thing is less efficient than jotting my hours on a napkin.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Paying people I guess, but I spend more time emailing my manager the alterations he has to make to my timecard due to this interface than I do actually using the app.
What do you like best?
It is easy to use, fast and fully automated.
What do you dislike?
The inability to speak with a person when issues arise and the lack of urgency for a small business when mistakes on filing required state or federal forms are made.

Our monthly, quarterly and annual tax reports are filed automatically.

Easy to punch in and out for employee...
What do you dislike?
Everything else. Transfer is difficult, the system cannot handle multiple job titles and multiple pay scales with one employee without messing up, the employee and employer see two totally different screens which makes it hard to communicate issues, correcting issues is nearly impossible to do without creating multiple errors, the time never seems to add up correctly.

What do you like best?
The system is very easy to use its not bogged down with a bunch of things we don's need. The running reports feature is very nice. We call in anytime we need help and always have good customer service.
What do you dislike?
The time and attendance is almost out dated on the back end. I find it a little clunky. I also find some errors on time off accrual when it goes from time and attendance to manage employees.

It makes on boarding a better experience. we are also solving some pay errors that we may have missed without using the Paycor system
What do you like best?
Paycor has all the basic features you would want in a timecard software. You can enter your work time, look at your montly pay period, see your accrued and used time off, all with a few clicks.
What do you dislike?
Where Paycor falls short is site design. The website is often buggy, failing to load properly or showing you only a portion of the page. The overall layout is clunky and the lack of design oversight is apparent in minor issues, like pages where there are four independent scroll bars on a single page.

Paycor is great for allowing employees to enter and edit their own hours and the calendar feature gives you a good view of your overall weekly productivity.
