What do you like best?
Easy to understand and use for someone starting from scratch
What do you dislike?
If you need to move platforms as you grow (I moved from wordpress to shopify) know that it will be like starting over. They do not provide a migration tool at all. You will need to recreate:
all your emails
automations
export and import audiences with mapping
you will lose your entire photo library and need to upload them all over again
any templates are lost and must be recreated
all forms recreated from scratch
You will be unable to use your send from email because they consider it used already. It will take at least two days of messaging to get that resolved with their customer service.
Their customer service sends canned responses that don't help and you will feel frustrated not only with the mountain of a task of recreating everything but also with how incredibly unhelpful customer service is in even understanding basic questions.
I am still staying with omnisend because its a system I already know but hoping this will help someone else out when making their decision so its not a surprise.

It sends newsletters - nothing different than anyone else
Pretty disatisifed with the support and the product. Very buggy. Going back to mailchimp due to their system being broken multiple times when trying automation - one fix, was to duplicate an automation and start again - it then worked. It's a riddled old system. The UX may look sleek, but under the hood is an ancient system that is prone to breaking, isn't as smooth for automations as other products, and has a support team that will take a lifetime to reply, not fully digest the issue, and link you to a Youtube video even though you've explained in detail, the process has already been done. WASTE OF TIME.
Too Bad! Locked my account then only can use mailgun to clean the list to unlock? OM is crazy for earning every customers' money
I recieved mails i didn’t subscribe to from their clients several times. “Anti-spam” my Butt.
First, they did not connect the store to my primary domain, so all the URLs in automation emails ARE WRONG, and no way to change that unless to create a new account, which means I will lose all the campaign data. Now they blamed updating the primary domain in Shopify without telling them, which we did not do.Second, they allow you to AB test the content, subject line, but not the sending time, and the report of the AB test is useless, and nothing helps you. Last, there are so many bugs in their system, most importantly, the support team is very unprofessional, slow reply and will ask us to wait 24- 48 hours for developers to fix it and it will take days to fix one small issue. Last, The data of campaigns on the downloaded file is NOT the same as the one in the report dashboard completely.OVERALL, I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF I COULD!!!!
