What do you like best?
It is very inexpensive system to use compared to some of the other products.
What do you dislike?
All functionalities are dated compared to some of the new products. Also ability to search are very limited.

That it is fairly user-friendly in its main function.
What do you dislike?
That it doesn't provide processes that I find to be efficient. It doesn't have a lot of options with messaging candidates as other ATS systems.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I would like processes and communication with candidates to be more efficient. I find that I have a lot to send out of the same type of email to similar candidates, and having a bulk option would be extremely effective in my recruiting process. My main bottle neck is sending out emails individually, though I'm sending the same email to several candidates.

Ease of software it was extremely easy to figure out and navigate

Response time for CSR sometimes there was a delay in communication when I had issues

Just a streamlined software for hiring easy to roll out

The UI lays everything out in a really nice way. It shows at a glance where candidates are throughout the process. Probably one of the best things about it.
What do you dislike?
Some features aren't there. It's not a new age super innovative tool. I would explore this as an option but not the best on the market.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Demo this and several others on the market. I think Newton is good, but not the best.

It’s an affordable ATS with an A plus customer support team.
What do you dislike?
They tend to have a lot of updates, which can cause some re-training for the recruiting team or re-navigating of their tools.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a small company on a tight budget that wants to have a user friendly ATS, Newton is the way to go!
