What are the best aspects of this product?

NetSuite SuiteCommerce makes it possible for business owners with little to no knowledge of scripting or HTML to create a visually appealing and professional e-commerce website. The platform is straightforward to use. Also, the ability to see the changes I make in real-time is surprisingly satisfying.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

NetSuite SuiteCommerce Standard doesn't offer many drag-and-drop options. Aside from that, I sometimes encounter an error when using the platform's site management tools.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have been NetSuite users for a long time now. We were using their Site Builder before, but since the solution has been around for a while already, we found it a bit outdated and so we looked for another tool. We switched to Shopify. But it only works with Netsuite if you use a 3rd-party connection and it is so much of a hassle. So we moved back to Netsuite but this time, we tried their SuiteCommerce solution. It works great. The customer database is in one location, and we are able to customize promotions for our customers. It solved many of our problems before, so we were able to focus on building our brand.

What are the best aspects of this product?

NetSuite SuiteCommerce offers tons of functionalities, so we're able to do so many things with it. I specifically like its reporting feature, as it comes with various customization options. Also, I like how the platform lets you limit what your team can view only the information they need for their job

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Inconsistencies in the speed. There's an instance when I am completing an order when a "timed out session" notice appears, so the order has been duplicated. It's quite frustrating.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to collect customer data with so much ease. Processing order confirmations, returns, and shipping/tracking inquiries has also become easier.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I am able to create an online store with complex rules with ease.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I used Sandbox to build the site features, and it was quite challenging to get the code from Sandbox to PROD.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With just a single code base, I created a "core estore" that can be used by several different clients.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's a beneficial solution that facilitates excellent communication with our customers and all our businesses. It offers helpful features such as keeping us on top of our balance and checks and informing us about our customers' current requirements.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some of our business associates complain about instances of lags and slow response.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool acts like a task manager and does an excellent job at that. It helps us keep records and updates of relevant information. It also aids us keep in touch with our customers and send them promos and information about our company's latest advancements.

What are the best aspects of this product?

SuiteCommerce offers loads of customization options, which are way more than the other website store solutions offer. Many aspects are under our control that we can make the site appear exactly as we want to without having to sacrifice NetSuite functionalities. There's also no need to integrate it with the other NetSuite products we're using because SuiteCommerce can directly work with them without setting up anything.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Maintenance. One webpage is linked to so much information and functions like file cabinets, scripts, and libraries that just an issue from one of them can be tedious to fix, especially for users who didn't take part in the design and implementation process.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're using other NetSuite products and because of that, there's no need to bother with an integration process and troubles.
