Moi je suis très satisfait de wix car tout est simple et rapide. J’ai pu facilement créer ma plateforme de voyance avec le html … Tout fonctionne parfaitement , quand je suis sur pause la vignette se met à jour automatiquement …La partie blog permet des vidéos …Je suis satisfait de wix

Having given two negative reports, it’s only fair that I should give an update which is more positive. My original problem was eventually solved, and many thanks to Claire in Dublin for all the time she spent on it, and to the technical team for sorting it in the end. I’ve had a few reasons to contact Customer Services since, and on each occasion I got assistance very quickly. On one occasion the Wix helper put together a little video clip to show me how to do something. On another occasion I was telephoned within a few minutes of asking for help and it was sorted very quickly. I’m an Icon member so I guess it’s not the same for everyone, but I’ve been given the reason why I had a problem communicating with Customer Services originally, and since then I can’t fault them. As for the program itself, well it’s not perfect but it’s pretty good, and I’m happy to give 5 stars now for Customer Services.

I am totally revising my review, I did have issues with loading, moving margins, setting up my trolley to go live and just sheer frustration trying to work things out. I'll be honest some of the help I received I had already done before in my early days 2017 when I joined but when things got more tech abd I had a break, I think I just blew a gasket and forgot a lot. Speaking to Liza yesterday was a revelation lifting my spirits and confidence. She was amazing as I've seen others comment the like.I know when your brains fried and you've just had enough of the battle you just want someone to help (like I did)If I'm being brutally honest fear of pushing the wrong button caused me to spiral out of self belief.I'm really happy I mean SERIOUSLY PROUD of my website now and it only took a few adjustmentsMy only wish is for blank pages (not templates) to return as an option. I found it so much easier and less time consuming Thank you Liza you're a star!
