What do you like best?

The cost control of the purchases is perfectly organized, we have a dashboard with several functions to see the ongoing business activities. The cloud based connection works perfectly, now we can enter into the system also outside the office and have a perfect access to the data.

What do you dislike?

The shipping procedure can be tracked just in limited accounts, we don't have access to the full options from a mobile device. The stock movement needs a refresh, it doesn't do this automatically.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Just to be sure I recommend to don't forget to refresh the dashboard or the client folder when you are using the mobile app.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Perfect control of the sales, inventory check, contact to costumers and cost control. Stock lots are possible to control in the report list, several stock settings are helping to be up-to-date.

What do you like best?

Easy to keep our structure controlled, we organize our warehouse all-in-one with the software. The basic functions are allowing us to keep the overview in the dashboard. Production will be controlled thanks to the software and a stock planning is so possible.

What do you dislike?

The self-service panel gives the permission to every user to change and cancel documents, it would be better to can set different user and employee rules.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Organize of the production, stock control and customers care and shipping process control. Also the general order management will be controlled and we are testing the invoice and billing possibilities.

What do you like best?

The implementation was easy as an iser guide is provided by the company. The modules are properly stated in the guide and the help bar in every page helps the user to navigate and understand the system thoroughly.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes, we need to make changes as per our requirements. Coustmaization becomes difficult with the message support only. We do not get any instant cuatomer service from the company.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The default user interface is incredibely slick, well-optimised and modern, it runs perfectly and was easily picked up by all my employees. All levels of service supports muti-level BOMs, the ability to use different production resources and the ability to add images to items. This goes for both stocked items as well as non stocked. The business that I run was transformed by this program and improved the productivity of everyones workflow almost instantly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are very few problematic aspects that we have experienced, the only thing I can think of is large scale works in progress being slightly difficult to plan through the website, but with a quick email chain with my employees as well as the help from their customer support team this was resolved with great immediacy.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

There are very few ways this I can think of for this product to be improved, if anything I would only say that if the UI was more personally customisable it could be a nice gimmick-like feature.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The problems of timely working and efficiency were solved completely almost the second we signed on, this is due to the nature of the software making collaborations effortless amongt our international offices in Dubai and the States, we were able to define inventory stock locations with ease which allowed for the journey between supplier to customer to be completely effortless.
