Service requests via a zendesk, we don't experience the service we would like anymore. Dedicated person is not available or is not able to help. Issues last for months

What do you like best?
It is convenient to upload your receipts almost immediately - especially when travelling. It's just a camera click to upload.
What do you dislike?
It does not do a good job of intelligent capture for your receipts so most of the time you still need to enter details manually. Especially with hotel receipts.

Faster submission for expenses. No need to scan receipts then upload them to an expense report. The process is simple once all details are entered.
What do you like best?
The speed at which your requests/requirements are met, and the warmth and care from the MX team are what appeals to me in the first place.
What do you dislike?
So far, our customer experience has been really good, because we consider ourselves a demanding customer and our needs have always been met; however we may like to review and provide more enhancements to the Web based application and the mobile app, without us having to bear extra costs.
