What do you like best?
Everything (till my email started landing in spam).
What do you dislike?
- Make gmail slower
- Customer took forever (wasn't like this before)
- Since Nov 18, all my mail goes to spam (tried polymail and it's works)

Tracking, canned messages, sequences.
What do you like best?
The sequence functionality was cool, when it worked. But it doesn't.
What do you dislike?
Broken emails, bad reports, formatting errors. The worst Customer Service I've ever seen.

None, anymore. We were trying to use mail merge and email tracking but those failed abysmally.

Automated email platforms are the future, although this isnt the one

- Cant change sequence steps in retrospect
- Cant add manual email steps

Haven't realized any benefits and am trying to get out of our contract for Outreach or Salesloft

Tracking system, and specially the location tracking thing.

It wasnt free, also gave some issues while typing email in gmail compose box.

I have stopped using it and use mail track now. However, not very satisfied with mail track as well but still find it better than mixmax.

Easy to setup, works with GMail, click and download tracking
What do you dislike?
Expensive, important features kept getting more and more expensive with time, a lot of the functionality is useless in a post-GDPR landscape
Recommendations to others considering the product:
With GDPR, Mixmax is much less of a compelling value proposition. The in-email calendar feature is still very helpful.

Easier to schedule meetings, scheduling more meetings faster, email stats and followup.
