What do you like best?
It wasn't very hard to figure out. Very fast processor and good for booking hair appointments.
What do you dislike?
It's not very practical for me to have in on my laptop. If I would have a tablet or if it was available on iPad, then it would be better for my business. I think if it was more user friendly and easier to organize than it would suit my needs better. However, I think for now I will stick to booking in my books.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The concept was a good idea, and it helps me organize which customers come in on certain days. It helps me plan and book apointments.
What do you like best?
The tool integrates with Outlook 365 calendars, so everyone with an E3 license can be added to the bookings tool. Once we figured out how to exclude certain user names from appearing on the list (as unbookable), we like it better.
What do you dislike?
It's all or nothing: you can't have one or two people bookable for an event and not bookable other times. It's more suited to a business that regularly uses appointments for meetings (doctor's office, spa/salon, trainer). After setting it up, the link did not always work. Often got "bad request" errors when embedding it in a button or text link. Thus, it's too unreliable to work for us right now. Also the documentation is nonexistent.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have an appointment-driven business, this could be a great tool if your reps are using Outlook. It's not there yet for meetings during events.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Trying to allow people to schedule meetings with our staff during a trade show. Unable to get the tool to work properly. No benefits realized other than saving money on buying a different tool.
What do you like best?
It's functional, it works for basic scheduling.
What do you dislike?
Embedding hardly works, it doesn't give a ton of customization when sending to a custom landing page and is difficult to use with a website.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'm required to use this software by my company. I would use other software if I had the option.

Have a problem embedding it in pages and sending to landing pages after scheduled.
It does help with the base function of scheduling.
What do you like best?
I use a variety of programs that require the use of Microsoft products, especially Microsoft Outlook. The Microsoft Bookings software is very compatible with Outlook and I can send appointment requests to other Outlook users.
What do you dislike?
The biggest drawback of Microsoft Bookings is juggling between that and Google Calendar, which more people seem to use. My primary email is set up with Google (Gmail, and I find it hard to synchronize the two calendars so that I have all of my appointments in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product
If you primarily use Outlook for emails and appointments, I would strongly suggest giving Microsoft Bookings a trial run. It is easy to learn and can be used by many individuals throughout your company with little to no training involved.

At my company, we use Microsoft Bookings to set up appointments for sales meetings and sales calls. It has more functionality than Google Calendars in my experience.
What do you like best?
This program is easy to setup and easy to use. Great for organizing personal and customer related engagements.
Great customer support as well.

Not many complaints about this program. Can be difficult for customers to access at times.
