I was looking for leads online to expand our database and possibly use them for a cold calling campaign. I came across LeadsCampus online advertising leads. I spoke with support via online chat asking if the list came with essential details which is absolutely essential for my marketing. He assured me they did. I asked how big the database of people who I needed to target was. He said it was over 1 million. It sounded good enough so I purchased a membership just to try it out. He told me it would take a few hours for them to activate my account and only then I could see the leads. I accessed the database and no resort was listed. I attempted to contact support again and he ignored the live chat. I reached out to them via Whatsapp and spoke with a different support person who assumed me again that they would give me the essential information for the leads promptly. This occurred yesterday.Today, I contacted them again and discovered that they were using a fraudulent address out of Chicago and a registered agent service in Wyoming. I recognized the register agent service address immediately upon research because I have used this same service for a foreign client before. It is doubtful that they are in this country. I would suspect they are in India. I also did the math and the 1 million timeshare owner leadsturned out to be only 135,149 leads. That was misrepresented. I have asked them for a refund and have yet to receive a response. I doubt I will as they have ignored my emails and other messages.I would like a refund and to warn other businesses and consumers to avoid this service.

I ordered 35 exclusive webdesign leads from this company, and it turned out to be a very bad experience. Firstly, i tried following up with a set of 15 leads, but no response. One of them responded saying that I reached out to the WRONG person.I had a professional appointment setter call all 34 leads, and not even a single lead converted to an appointment.In exact words from my appointment setter "Please do not send me anymore leads. These people are complaining that they've never been contacted or filled out a form. They've never heard of your company"Tried contacting them about this through their live chat. BUT, NO RESPONSE. Previously, he used to respond to me quickly, but no longer! PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY!Update: august 12, 2019: Despite sending multiple emails to their support, i haven't yet received my refund or a resolution. PLEASE REFUND

There is no way to discontinue subscription. I filed multiple complaints through different channels - sent 3-4 emails to info'at'leadscampus.com, support'at'leadscampus.com, whatsapp their number, sent complaint through platform etc. I haven't received any DEFINITE answer if my subscription has been cancelled? Highly disappointed and skeptical about the company, Leadscampus LLC.Not just subscription cancellation but, we bought subscription for 1 month. Subscription fees was deducted automatically for the 2nd month (which is fine). I wrote multiple emails to support to either send more data for the second month or reimburse my amount. No response or action on that. Following up with them for more than a month on this. I was forced to write bad review on multiple location to see any response from them.

If I could give zero star I would! Absolutely horrible! Avoid using this service at all cost. Lead Campus is unresponsive. I have been in contact with a representative and canceled my subscription, but still getting charged. Tried to contact them again and still no response. Now I am stuck in a situation trying to get my payments back and no one to contact regarding this issue. Lead Campus, if you see this, RESPOND TO YOUR EMAILS.Also, in response to your reply Kelli Kay, I contacted you 4 times over the past two month via email without you responding. Maybe you should check your inbox? YES, please refund me. I have confirmation from you via email that my account was canceled, but still getting charged two month later. I've trying to get a refund and a response for two months, but unable to get in touch with any of your customer service reps.

They will offer to send exclusive leads for web design from their opt-in forms, but those are actually copied from their own database and pasted into an Excel with a lot of data (8-12 columns) that obviously no opt-in person would provide, plus most of the emails bounce, and never had a single email response from anyone on their list. Since it's just $45 or $100 for their service and they're ranking on Google which means free traffic, it's easy for them to take those amounts from people not willing to argue for those amounts. Most of their positive reviews are from a very long time ago and all happened to happen by the same dates.
