BUT SOMETHING ELSE! After purchasing the Pro membership I created five movies. You say, "Wow! That's cool! "WRONG! I made five versions of the same movie because the system kept disgarding my changes and not saving my movies. No archives, no backup, nothing! I'm under a deadline and cannot meet it because this program is faulty and cannot be relied on to store my work. Therefore it is useless.

I made five versions of the same movie because the system kept disgarding my changes and not saving my movies. No archives, no backup, nothing! I'm under a deadline and cannot meet it because this program is faulty and cannot be relied on to store my work. Therefore it is useless.
As I have already asked them to stop sending E-mails,and they still do it,I regard it as totally inappropriate,and a way of PHISHING!Respect to the GDPR Law!Who can collaborate,if there is no respect to the customer?
I had better experience with this video editing software when it was teh free version. I was able to upload directly onto YTube, but since I purchased a subscription, the software is rife with problems. 1. Does not upload directly onto yt as it says I have no account, therefore I have to download each video which can take up to an hour per video2. Had issues with adding music, which even though it plays okay, once it's uploaded onto a third party video site, the music plays over the video clips. I reported this, but they don't respond.3. When I add MP4s, they take a long time to upload, often fail, and it's a waste of time.4. Customer service is poor, as they don't respond. I lost £75+5. DO NOT PAY A SUBSCRIPTION.
J'ai du prendre un abonnement pour pouvoir accéder a mes photos déposées a l'époque ou kizoa était gratuit .Donc photos prises en otage pour faire payer un abonnement , mais les photos ne sont plus accessibles sur le site , c'est donc un vol pur et dur , pas de réponses de kizoa à ce propos . Donc méfiez vous
