Lost life-time license because I updated my PC to windows10. I use iSpring Suite and have paid a lot of money over the years to have a single software for my elearning. Now I updated from windowd 8 to windows10 and my license was deemed not valid by iSpring. A chat contact just confirmed, that the license was locked to another PC. Nonsens! I have only the same PC and have used that all the years.Extremely bad service as I got an email back saying they would look into it in a couple of business days!Don't wast money on this company. They are not trusty.
Everytime I ask a sales question regarding a new product that I have not bought, the customer service team refuse to help and tell me I need to pay for the answer by paying a maintenance fee for an unrelated and different product I purchased a while ago. Furthermore, when asking basic non-technical questions for a purchased product e.g. "can you use two ispring software at the same time"- I am told to purchase a maintenance fee in order to receive the answerThe problem is the customer chat team do not seem to be trained in their products and are unable to answer basic sales questions and resort to formulated replies which are antagonising and not helpful!They also retain your IP and device details without your permission, so that they can identify you by you simply visiting their website without you logging in. This is both baffling and unethical.
Bought iSpring Suite 8 LIFETIME LICENSE, odrer no. CMTJ4, some years ago. Now for the second time I have been forced by an windows 10 update to do a full reinstallation of windows. This then leaves me without a working license for iSpring! The error when entering the valid license is "number of valid licenses exeeded".It's so frustrating to have this problem when iSprings very well knows excatly which machine the software is licensed to and could avoid the troubles so easy. But then again, this is just another weay of trying to sell a new verion of the software.I need to use it because I have made hundreds of elearning courses using iSpring, and it would simply kill my business if I had to do it all over in another software.
Very poor. I am a old customer of Ispring for more than 10 years. They sell life time software validity. Recently my maintenance plan expired. I asked them to change my mail id as my earlier id was not working properly. Surprisingly for changing email in their online account they need a maintenance plan. Quite unprofessional. I felt cheated.
What do you like best?
We needed a solution to host a SCORM package to be delivered for faculty and staff training. In the process, of looking for a viable solution, I found iSpring and the iSpring Learn platform. Uploading the SCORM package directly from PowerPoint was incredibly easy with the included PowerPoint plugin that comes with the other iSpring tools and resources from their iSpring software suite of tools.
What do you dislike?
The process of uploading sometimes triggers a false-positive on our virus scanner. Also, emailing the exported SCORM packages from iSpring will also trigger false-positives on our email system's virus scanner. Otherwise, this doesn't seem to cause any problems with using the system, and to the best of our knowledge, all of these results have been false positives rather than actual malware or spyware.
Recommendations to others considering the product
If you are looking for an online platform to host SCORM packages for professional development purposes, iSpring Learn makes that incredibly easy. This is a great compliment to the iSpring suite of tools.

So far, in our initial testing, it seems to do exactly what we had hoped and allows users to self-register for an account and take the online training course. This allows our users to access the content that we create and deploy as SCORM packages directly in their web browsers. The process of uploading and creating the content with the other iSpring tools make publishing the SCORM package in iSpring Learn incredibly easy.
