What are the best aspects of this product?

It makes a novice look like a professional when it comes to editing and producing videos. I began using this video editing tool to produce short videos for my company. The video editing process is pretty straightforward and simple. I just crop the videos and afterward drop it into the app where I do some editing. The final video can be shared with ease. The best thing, I didn’t pay a penny for the tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes, I feel like the process of converting the video to a certain format takes too long than it should.

Also, I feel like the tutorials available are not comprehensive enough. It would be great if it shows how to make the most out of the app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can integrate webcast videos into simple promo videos that can be posted on our application and website with so much ease.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It’s ideal for beginners because the controls and interface are very simple and easy to use. The timeline controls, as well as cursor, are very intuitive. Also, there are many hot keys available to make the process more streamlined and seamless. You can resize and move clips by just dragging its endpoints. If you’re finished, there’s a preview image of your clip. This video editor may be designed for novices but with the features available, it can also be used by advanced video editors to produce quality and professional videos.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The effects available are mostly basics like text titles and clip transitions. It would be nice if they add more options. Also, the process of exporting the finished video is not that seamless. There are only a few options available and sometimes, nothing fits my video project specifications.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The ease of use of this tool has let me create videos quickly, which typically saves me every time I am required to produce a video in a very short time frame. I usually use this tool to create business presentations and also to merge short clips together.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I have used this video editor for so many years and by far it is the easiest app I know of. It also has all the essentials for beginners in film editing like the integrated voice-over recording tool as well as extensive editing tools. It's a great option if you want to learn and practice video editing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It does not have many options for filming multiple frame sizes and rates. Meaning to say, it is not ideal for more advanced editing. iMovie is great for beginners but not for professionals in film making.

I am able to learn video editing through the aid of iMovie. Its simplicity and ease of use make it a perfect platform for beginners.

Its interface is very user-friendly and the tool is generally easy to use. Perfect for beginners, those with no budget but wants to create quality videos, as well as for those who need to create or edit videos fast. There are templates available if you don't know where to get started. But you can also choose to make everything your own if you want to be unique.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's very easy to use but there are many things you cannot do because the variety of templates available and other tools are limited. It is missing many features offered by more "complicated" video editing software.

I can create simple video projects like product tutorials, simple guides, short educational videos for our social media accounts and for the employees in the company.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is simple and user-friendly. There's no need to go searching through various windows to locate what you need. There are pop-up windows as well as drop-down menus, making it possible to search for the tools you need without having to look away from the video you are working on.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's not possible to layer several different overlays over a single video clip, which is a bit frustrating. But it's not a deal-breaker. My app also once kept crashing when I updated it. Good thing the recent update solved the problem.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use this software for editing videos that I upload on my YouTube channel. And among the video editing tools I've used, this iMovie is so far the best.
