Total scam. the sample looked good so paid to transcribe 7 documents. All supposedly transcribed and done. When I went to open them there were no transcriptions, just the same audio files I downloaded in the first place. Their help links and email address are not operational. Total bunch of scum and I just threw my money away plus now have to find another service because I have a deadline.

The website didn't really work for my language which is in Dutch. I've sent a 1 hour interview and it barely transtribed anything. I'v tried three diffrent interviews and it still didn't work properly. I tried to contact them for a refund, but they didn't answer my mail. They are really hard to contact and there is no explanention on they're website about how you can get a refund. Overall a bad experience and i've lost my money for nothing because afterwards i had to transcrib everything myself.

I had issues with the files I upload for professional transcription in which they stayed in queue for several days, even though they were small (15-30 mins) files. I tried contacting customer service twice via there chat feature and twice through email and no response. Of course, I have already been charged for the service but my files are not being transcribed. It wouldn't be an issue if someone would communicate and help solve the issue.

C'était génial mais ce ne n'est plus ce que c'était. J'ai fait des heures de transcriptions avec un super résultat mais depuis quelque temps: les transcriptions fonctionnent mal et sont pleines de fautes. Le résultat est peu exploitable et le tout avec une augmentation de tarif. On a presque l'impression qu'il y a des fautes pour vendre de la relecture humaine, alors que le système marchait très très bien avant le changement de système de tarification...
