What do you like best?
It's a neat solution to have prepaid cards to make official expenses. However it works only if your data and money is secure. Which was not the case for us.
What do you dislike?
One of our Happay prepaid cards was used at an ATM in an unauthorised transaction, and money was withdrawn. At the time this transaction happened, the card was at the home of a colleague several miles away. It had not been used at an ATM for weeks, and had always been stored securely. Happay customer care took a month, but was not even able to provide an explanation, let alone get our money back. We checked whether the card details could have been compromised from Happay's end, but they didn't have a reply to that either. We see no other way this could have happened. And if so, your money is not secure with Happay. They don't seem to have the fraud detection and prevention processes and mechanisms that a bank would, for your credit card. Use at your own risk
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It was a convenient way to make official expenses and get them reimbursed. However, it's a non starter if there is a risk of losing the money stored on your Happay card, with no recourse.
What do you like best?
Its an amazing concept to do employee reimbursement of the expenses and good card services. It is an easy accounting platform with 100% of accuracy in expenses.
What do you dislike?
New platform is complicated than the old.
Not user friendly interface.
For each and every personal configuration we have to pay for getting it done.
Eventhough paying the monthly charges why happay needs extra Amount / our other organisation should pay to edit something in their own platform.

I appreciate that this service is very user friendly. It’s a paperless way to manage and track expenses and allows multiple parties to view your work, which comes in handy with collaborations.
What do you dislike?
It’s not very practical for everyday or frequent use. While it has many benefits, many members of my team struggled to learn the system and integrate it into their practice.
