What do you like best?

The look is very modern and nice to look at compared to the last tool we used. It's easy to go to flows and email templates from the entire sales floor and share them quickly.

I also like how they provided a ton of training when we first onboarded and their support team on the website is there to answer any questions when you log on .

The last thing I like is that their extension is pretty useful when I need to look at any notifications, tasks or dashboards for emails.

What do you dislike?

I dislike the fact that it doesn't always work. Sometimes I would have to manually log emails because they don't show up on salesforce. It can be very annoying when I don't notice until later in the day because I have to go back to the emails I sent and log them one by one.

Another thing I dislike about groove is that it doesn't automatically refresh or sign on to salesforce sometimes. I would have to click on the refresh button to update the app and log onto salesforce through the app when that should be done automatically.

The last thing I dislike about groove is that some of the functions with the flows are repetitive and I don't have all the information about a contact or lead to add to the flow and it doesn't allow me to send the email from there. I would have to copy and paste it on my gmail.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Try out the product first. I know that they are always open to free trials and helping their prospects make the right choice before they make the switch. Some people love it and some people don't

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I can see who is interacting with my emails either opening them, responding, etc. It can give me an idea of how engaged a prospect is and I can continue pinging an email if I see that there are a ton of opens. Prospects don't entirely read their emails sometimes but when they see a catered email coming in from me with how we can help and information about what we do, they respond quickly to set a meeting or take out a free trial to see how we can help their business.

What do you like best?

Groove has a calendar scheduler similar to calendly that works very well (Its confusing to some but those are also challenged by all technology) and its basic functionality works well once you get the hang of it. I wouldn't say its the most intuitive app, but for a basic SDR, it definitely gets the job done.

What do you dislike?

Its layout -I think it leaves a lot to be desired, and would be enhanced by more user friendly lay out and explanations on how to use different tab/sections. Also, more clear explanations on how to go through every step, since some things can be unclear.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

they have fantastic customer support and will help you all the time. its just not the sexiest tool out there

Groove has definitely sped up my work, saving me time and making my processes more efficient. I get meetings booked with clients much more quickly than I would otherwise

to use it to track your mails, calls. Better if you can integrate it to a cRM so all the info is concentrated in a same envoronment

to call a lead as soon as he opened the mail for a follow up. I am able to know if people are showing interest (if they opened, shared the info...)

Maximize my communication efficiency to all the interested parties I have to reach out to daily.

What do you dislike?

The flows are a little buggy and will not lead me re-add people to the same step they've been added to already, It does not let me remove them fully either. I have to create a new step in the same flow then delete the prior step.

What do you like best?

I like the activity tracker the most and the ratingings it gives to leads depending on the effort you put into them and the amount of engagement the lead does. The reporting features is very helpful, it also gives much more insight to reps dialing information ie. heatmap of dial-times.

What do you dislike?

The dialer needs some major work. The bridge dialer is very glitchy and you have to call almost every number twice, the first time you don't hear anything and the call is still going through, and the second you actually hear a ring and the person on the other end of the phone. At least once a week we have issues with the dialer not working.

Trying to find an alternative to Salesforce but the functionality is much more limited than Salesforce.
