So far it is excellent
What you like the most about greytHR?
We use the solution for our small business. We are small team with less than 25 employees and comfortably using for the last two years. Payroll and income tax computation is superb. Self service portal is a good option. HR features like letters and leave management are also useful
Software is far from complete. Lot of things are missing that you will know during implementation only. Staff is not responsive too.
What do you like best?
This is an HR tool that is definitely has every feature that you can think of, attendance management, forms and leaves tracking
What do you dislike?
Sometimes the attendance tracking has errors that are server side and require manual supervisor attention later, which is waste of time
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are better alternative out there, but they might not come this cheap.

We have streamlined out attendance process and document management and leave planning.

It is quite straightforward to use. Sections are easily available.

The look and feel of it seems very basic.

Employee data all in one place, centralized view of their information. I can view the status of their applications, leaves availed etc.
What do you like best?
There is a lot in this. The feed is helping to find any interesting news like individual employee status, birthdays, an announcement like newly joining employees and others.
Mainly we can track our attendance, leaves and more importantly apply leaves.
There is an employee directory, in this, we can check all the information about the co-workers.
What do you dislike?
Initially, It is very difficult to use its mobile app, don't have proper instructions to apply for leave and getting attendance details.
On the web, they are not handling server errors. When you go your feed it throws "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'account' of undefined"
