What do you like best?
I do not find anything special about github that its competitors do not also have.
What do you dislike?
I am highly annoyed that I cannot disable my two factor and that their customer service cannot respond to any request. I have literally been trying at least once a week for over a month and I still do not have my 2fa reset on my account. Their responses have all been lies. 3 to 5 business days, priority queue, etc.

It is our main source control service.
What do you like best?
I like that git has recently added many features.
What do you dislike?
What I don't like is that git has blocked my account right after I created it without doing anything and I had to contact the customer service. I don't know how many days it will take time until they respond to me and unblock me. But, I prefer to move to a different platform. Git has been also accused by many users to censorship and bringing politics to its environment. That's not the right way.

I highly recommend github to change its manager and leave it to the previous people. It used to be an environment where everyone was happy.
What do you like best?
in github i am able to create my project and share it with the team. we are able to collaborate better and able to take the modified changes from github easily.
the work is transparent and able to show more progress.
What do you dislike?
github can be confusing when it comes to master and a branch and on how to push the code to the master or the branch.
branching is a concept which will confuse the new learner unless and until there is clear documnetation.

I have been able to do my code walk through via github and able to download the same for references.
What do you like best?
Using Github to code with your teammates is amazing, being able to do pair programming with ease and getting feedback from your code changes in repositories is something that Github does great. Having the ability to create peer reviews makes the coding standard of our company go up tremendously. We use the enterprise version, which is great for private usage.
What do you dislike?
What I dislike about Github is that with the three years of usage that I've had with Github, there hasn't been any major changes to the platform. I can see many potential features such as real time communication within the site that could potentially be implemented.

If your organization does collaborative coding in your organization, you must use Github.

There are a lot of problems we're solving with GitHub. One of them is that our growing code base is able to support millions of changes at once, with the ability to re-use code, add at any time, and have the ability to communicate efficiently, which is amazing.
