the app crashed and didnt save my work bc i didnt have an account but they NEVER notified me that i needed one

I was trying to make a video and finsih my 2 minutes worth of video when I try and export, and apparently I need to pay about 5 dollars for 3 minutes worth of video. This is a terrible website and I do not recomend it to anyone.

Recently I subscribed to flexclip for one month, but I don't know how it got subscribed for one year. Now, I need a refund. Waiting for your reply..

I spent almost 2 months creating crucial videos for college recruitment until one day my videos could not be found. They tell you to reconnect links saved to the computer because the videos are not saved online. I could not retrieve them so I started over since I already spent so much time on them. I just wanted it to be done, I tried to export and PAID for the upgrade. The video never exported after trying at least 6 times. Now this is their response which by the way only comes at 1 am in the morning EST. "Sorry for not providing you with a good experience and I have to say that this bug is going to fixed in our next version (no exact time).Please rest assured that we provide 7 days money-back guarantee. If you want a refund, please let us know." Really you want me to wait until a new version update before I can use my video, very unprofessional and they do not need to sell this product. Trust me you will be disappointed. They may have relatives writing the other reviews. The only thing they did right was promptly give me my refund. They are quick to say sorry but I didn't want apologies, I wanted action and they couldn't fix the very thing that their product was advertised to do. What a horrible experience and I do NOT recommend.
