Marg FastSpring

FRAUD Fastspring has fascilitated fraud of my creditcard account. Amount between 200$ and 400$ have been transferred monthly by Fastspring to an account of the folllowing company easyuploadscript, This company is not tracable. Since I wrote Fastspring about the fraud they are suddenly not in contact anymore. Fastspring is responsible. They should check the companies they are billing for. How do I get my money back?!

Would not follow up on invalid software key. Does not respond to emails, and no telephone support available.

Make and order and never received it, I keep sending email and received answer as the order was emailed, and they identify a different email than the one I provided!!!!They have an answering message on their phone line so don't bother to call them (FastSpring +1 877-327-8914WILL NEVER ORDER TROUGH THEM IN THE FUTURE

I bought a program called PickMeApp which is supposed to transfer installed programs from one computer to another, however, it doesn't work! I asked for a refund and it was refused by the developer. PickMeApp only works with MSI installed programs but this limitation is not mentioned on the PickMeApp website - you have to buy it and then you see this limitation revealed in the "Support" forum, which you can't see until you buy the program, by which time it's too late and you have zero chance of getting your money back through Paypal because it's "Digital Goods". A lot of creators of software use services like Fastspring because it's a buffer between them and Paypal, protecting them from a Paypal seller downrating. UPDATE: I see I've been asked by Fastspring to contact them via orders@, but I have done this and my refund was refused.

Selective, they don't really like online gaming websites.
