Do Not Buy from them! they pretend to be based either in NZ or AU by having .co.nz or .co.au website. customer service is sh$t and cannot be trusted. they r based in Hong Kong!! stay away from them....

Never will I purchase from this site again. It says it's an Australian site yet my order was not shipped from within the country. It's false and misleading to describe the site as "Expansys Australia" when the products are shipped from overseas. If I wanted to import products I'd go to an overseas site, not one that falsely claims its Australian.

Very bad customer support. Place order payed for it, now they want me to send my id details which im not willing to do. They should ar least tell their customer the requurements while purchasing. email them explaining my reasoning and wanting my money back. But no reply No phone contacts, absolutely useless. don't reply to my email no response nothing.

Hi guys please email me back with the fair answer, we have ordered 4-5 times previously with you guys, it was fine, Now the problem is we placed another 11 units in the middle of Jan, we received only 6 units so far, and later we received email says that the system error, promised that sending me 5 units, and now nothing happen except keeping emailing me refund and order again, hello, we've been waiting for 2 month almost and ask me order again? I completely understand if you guys busy or not enough staff to handle, but things needs to be sent to customer once receive the money. I try to contact you through instagram and facebook no one reply me.

I had placed an order for a phone from Expansys, the order was placed on 28th March 2021, and the website stated for delivery in 1 day it would have to be via DHL and it would come at an extra cost of AED 140. I opted for the option and placed the order. On 29th When i followed up, they informed that they do not have the product with them and are awaiting delivery, today they confirmed they have received the package and have dispatched it immediately, and when checked with DHL, the website shows that it will be delivered after 1 week.
