What do you like best?
Easy to facilitate expense reporting for my team. Good integration with QuickBooks Online.
What do you dislike?
I'm not sure why this is happening, but Expensify has gotten more and more pushy about getting you to use other products. They push more and more pop ups and notifications with confusing language trying to trick you into adopting their Expensify card. It's to the point where I have to dismiss 3,4, event 5 notifications before I can approve my team's expenses. Being this pushy is shady and gross and I don't want to do business with companies that behave this way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look for alternatives. This is not a business going in the right direction.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It makes expense reporting pretty quick and easy. That's it, but that's pretty valuable.
What do you like best?
Ease of use, integrations, SSO, I used to like the pricing, but they changed it dramatically.
What do you dislike?
Pricing changes, new pricing structure makes no sense and was rolled out in a very confusing way. I personally recommend not using them, but anyone who has to use them you should carefully monitor all charges and changes. And make sure you immediately document how your account is structured and what the commitment is.

Be very careful when evaluating their pricing structure and your level of commitment

It used to solve problems, now it creates them. The pricing is completely inscrutable.
What do you like best?
Reasonably-decent online service, easy-to-understand user interface.
What do you dislike?
Using my company's personal information as some sort of partisan political statement; hiding when confronted about misuse of information.

Exepensify was great at helping us quickly manage our financial data.
PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
The ability to integrate with other products, such as Tsheets, is attractive, and the OCR seems to work well.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
If you are a small business and will be setting this up yourself, BE AWARE that there is NO LIVE HUMAN BEING available to you in any way for customer support. No chat, no email, no ticket system, no phone. There is an automated bot called "Concierge" which can give you canned answers. I have just cancelled my account (also not easy to do after spending a week trying to get a simple answer to a set up question. No amount of pleading, badgering, or threatening the bot produced a human to answer my question. If you are an employee using this product you may like it very well, but woe to the small business person who is trying to set it up and support it. Stay away.

What are the best aspects of this product?
it seems a good idea but it's totally rubbish and the customer service is non existant, don't use they will rip you off. I signed up and went over the trial and wanted to cancel and they charged me for the year. Fair enough I cannot use the thing now and upload my receipts even though they have charged me until feb 2020. This has made me so angry, please avoide this company like the plague!

having a heart and being for the customer rather than take th piss.

none i will never use again.

none solved, cannot upload receipts over 90 days old, what's the point!
