Seriously horrific customer service! Want to close my account but can't! and need to follow up 3 times for them to do it while it keeps charging me!
Don't fall for their free account scam. Signed up for a free trial, NEVER used their pointless service, only found out they have started sneakily creating invoices and charging me. Disgusting practice.
You stopped our card without notification. It took 3 days before you emailed a generic email letting us know you had a batch of fraudulent transactions which is why you stopped the card. We then waited another 7 days to receive the card and since then have had to reinstate all of our regular payments.
App is easy enough to use but customer service is pretty slow to respond
What do you like best?
This is a great software for a smaller sized company looking for an easy tracking and expense management tool. The app is very intuitive, friendly interface, and easy to use, not much training required. Editing/Amending expenses is simple. Auto-VAT / Tax calculation is nice, perfect for global teams / teams with international presence. And reporting looks great, good visual breakdown of costs per category. Perfect to keep a team aligned on budget. The best part about Expend is the Customer Service, easy to reach and fast turn around time.
Expend offers a trial as well, so perfect for HR and Finance departments to try the app before rolling it out to a larger group of end users. Implementation is simple.
What do you dislike?
Not too many complaints. Occasionally the app runs into a couple of snags, i.e. receipt upload may crash on some android phones, but support always comes back quickly for remediation or fixes.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Bookkeeping. Budget Tracking, Expense Management, Leadership visibility and monitoring. Reducing the amount of toil, overhead and admin time spent on expenses. Real Time Expense Product. Tool without much downtime or bugs. Updates with Expend are quick. The software is constantly being developed adding new features and they are very receptive to suggestions and feedback.
