Exotel helps you build a reliable connection with your customers over voice & SMS. It is a re-imaging enterprise communication It is good for call tracking and also to follow up with the customers.
What do you dislike?
Exotel keeps track of all calls if the handover of signal fails then there will packet loss in the recordings by exotel, It tracks and forwards calls based on the time set we have made in the platform
