What do you like best?
ERIN does two things my other recruiting channels won't do.
1) It prioritize's referrals, which have been the best way to find new hires in my experience
2) It involves our employees in the recruiting process which gives them an easy incentive to become engaged

I have very few complaints so far. I'm not getting hundreds of resumes that may be unqualified from this system, but that's actually a good thing!

It has removed the amount of effort required to advertise to and source different candidates.

Not only does ERIN's use provide quality candidates, but it also builds comradery throughout the organization by providing another avenue for employees to contribute to the success of your company.

Finding quality employment candidates. We believe the best source are current employees.

It is simple to set up and easy to use, both administratively and by employees.
What do you dislike?
Some back-office requirements like removing employees from the list still need to be worked out.

I would look around (I typically do) to be sure that it does what you want, to me, it is simple and easy to use. The more you look around for other solutions, the more you will stick with ERIN

It was very easy to implement and very easy for our employees to start using.
