ERIN does two things my other recruiting channels won't do.

1) It prioritize's referrals, which have been the best way to find new hires in my experience

2) It involves our employees in the recruiting process which gives them an easy incentive to become engaged

I have very few complaints so far. I'm not getting hundreds of resumes that may be unqualified from this system, but that's actually a good thing!

It has removed the amount of effort required to advertise to and source different candidates.
